CM Forum event no 1 2016

Welcome to the first event of 2016. This time we will focus on how to organise CM to support the needs of both program/project and line. To give context to our discussion, Nordea will introduce us to their organisation and approach to CM. One aspect of particular interest is how Nordea apply the ITIL framework as basis for their approach to CM. Examples of key questions to explore are: How do we secure the quality of the data (the Configuration Items) in the CMDB? How do we market CM internally? How do we shift from development to in-operation phase?
