CM Forum event no 3 2015

Welcome to the third CM Forum event of 2015. Our workshop will this time explore the CM challenges when a new generation of a product line is to be developed. We will have a particular focus how CM supports Requirement Management.
To give context to our discussion and provide us with very real and tangible examples in relation to this workshop theme, Volvo Construction Equipment will introduce us to their current products and CM organisation.

We will dedicate two workshop sessions  addressing how CM can enable adequate structures to support a development project.
