Welcome to the fourth event of 2015. This time we will focus on CM challenges in a networked society. What new benefits and challenges related to CM come with advanced IT environments and new models for co-operation such as open source? To give context to our discussion and provide us with very real and tangible examples in relation to this workshop theme, Ericsson will introduce us to their organisation and approach to CM.
